About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced General Builder with over a decade of hands-on experience in delivering high-end construction and renovation projects. This will include working across all phases of construction including foundations, structural alterations, roofing, internal fit-outs, and external finishes.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Deliver top-quality building work on luxury homes, bespoke renovations, and premium property developments.
- Execute finishing work including basic first fix carpentry, ad hoc masonry, knock throughs, basic leadwork, general building and landscaping to a high standard.
- Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate with subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure smooth progress.
- Represent the company with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Provide practical, design-sensitive solutions when challenges arise on-site.

Attributes
- Solid understanding of construction techniques, materials, tools, and safety regulations.
- Ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate tasks effectively
- Deliver high-quality workmanship
Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in high-end residential builds, restorations, and extensions
- Exceptional eye for detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Able to lead or work within multi-disciplinary teams including joiners, electricians, plumbers, and decorators
- Proficient in health & safety procedures and building compliance regulations
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in General Construction / Carpentry / Bricklaying (as relevant)
- Asbestos Awareness, Working at Heights, Manual Handling (preferred)
- First Aid at Work (preferred)
- SMSTS/SSSTS (preferred)
Other:
- Full UK Driving License
- CIS Registered
- Ability to reliably commute within Leicestershire
